�k <br />M <br />91" <br />C3 <br />oc Q0 <br />�C3 Q <br />N <br />W <br />c <br />0 <br />5 <br />n <br />S <br />m <br />n <br />rn <br />C <br />n z <br />= N <br />n <br />rn <br />f1 <br />fl <br />y <br />S <br />REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE <br />FRANK VILLA and DIANNA VILLA, husband and wife, jointly and severally, <br />herein called the Mortgagor whether one or more, in consideration of SEVENTEEN <br />THOUSAND AND NO/ 100 DOLLARS ($17,000.00) received from Mortgagee, does <br />mortgage to GRIMS HOME REPAIR, INC., 1724 11 t Avenue, St. Paul, NE 68873, the i <br />following described real estate: <br />Q <br />Lot 130, Buena Vista Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />And the Mortgagor does hereby covenant with the Mortgagee and with Mortgagee's <br />successors and assigns that Mortgagor is lawfully seised of said premises, that they are free <br />from encumbrance, that Mortgagor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same, <br />and that Mortgagor warrants and will defend the title to said premises against the lawful <br />calms of all persons whomsoever. <br />This Mortgage is given to secure the payment of the Promissory Note of even date <br />Herewith made by Mortgagor for $17,000.00 payable October 23, 2004. <br />Mortgagor shall pay all taxes and assessments levied upon said real property and all <br />other taxes levied on this mortgage or the note which this Mortgage is given to secure before <br />the same become delinquent and shall maintain fire, windstorm and extended coverage <br />insurance with a mortgage clause on the house on said premises in the sum of not less than <br />$17,000.00.
