<br />WHEREAS, Trustee has agreed to a reconveyance of the collateral secured by the Deed
<br />of Trust made among MARC J. HOCK AND LORI HOCK, HUSBAND AND WIFE,
<br />Trustor, and Pinnacle Bank, Lexington, Nebraska, as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated December
<br />23, 1999 and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in
<br />Inst. 99- 112249 of the Mortgage Records, for good and valuable consideration and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held
<br />by Pinnacle Bank, Lexington, Nebraska, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed,
<br />without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, for the good valuable consideration and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Pinnacle Bank, Lexington, Nebraska, as Trustee, does hereby
<br />reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest
<br />held by it, as Trustee, under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described
