Leetch & Mary J. Leetch husband and wife, did convey <br />certain real .estate - therein described in trust unto Arend R. Baack, <br />Attorney at Law, as Trustee for the benefit of Grand Island Investment <br />Company,.therein referred to as Beneficiary; <br />WHEREAS, the -obligations secured by said Trust Deed have been <br />satisfied and said Trustee has received written request by such <br />Beneficiary to re= convey the trust property from the Beneficiary; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, in his capacity <br />as Trustee under the •above - described.
