This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this �—" day October, 2001, by and <br />between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and <br />c <br />Brian D. Levander and Annette Levander <br />Q <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Construction Security Agreement /Deed of Trust upon that real estate described as: <br />Lot Twenty -Three (23), Westgate Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska; <br />which Construction Security Agreement /Deed of Trust was dated April 13, 2001, and filed for record <br />on April 13, 2001, in the office of the HALL COUNTY REIGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE, HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA AS INSTRUMENT # 0200103202 <br />WHEREAS, such Construction Security Agreement /Deed of Trust had a stated maturity date <br />of September 1, 2021; <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the indebtedness <br />secured by such Deed of Trust /Mortgage, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the <br />Construction Security Agreement /Deed of Trust above described in the following respects: <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Construction Security <br />Agreement/Deed of Trust is hereby AMENDED TO October 1, 2021; <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS.
