<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note
<br />secured by a Construction Security Agreement /Deed of Trust upon that real estate described as:
<br />Lot Twenty -Three (23), Westgate Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />which Construction Security Agreement /Deed of Trust was dated April 13, 2001, and filed for record
<br />on April 13, 2001, in the office of the HALL COUNTY REIGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA AS INSTRUMENT # 0200103202
<br />WHEREAS, such Construction Security Agreement /Deed of Trust had a stated maturity date
<br />of September 1, 2021;
<br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the indebtedness
<br />secured by such Deed of Trust /Mortgage,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give
<br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the
<br />Construction Security Agreement /Deed of Trust above described in the following respects:
<br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Construction Security
<br />Agreement/Deed of Trust is hereby AMENDED TO October 1, 2021;
<br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension
<br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described
<br />Construction Security Agreement /Deed of Trust shall remain in full force and effect as
<br />security for the remaining indebtedness concurrently herewith extended.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the
<br />date first noted above.
