<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />RAYMOND PAUL VAN BOSKIRK AND LINDA DIANE VAN BOSKIRK, HUSBAND
<br />AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated DECEMBER 13, 1993 and recorded DECEMBER 15. 1993 in the Office of the REGISTER
<br />OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as Document #93- 110765 has been paid,
<br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered; ALSO RELEASING AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT FILED AUGUST 17, 1994 AS
<br />DOC # 94- 106877; AND A DEED OF TRUST MODIFICATION AGREEMENT FILED JUNE 14,
<br />1996 AS DOC # 96- 104638;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee
<br />by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />LOT FORTY FOUR (44) AMICK ACRES EAST SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
