Stat. c <br />Section 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />The West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W1 /2 SW1 /4) of Section <br />Twenty -Nine (29), Township Twelve (12), Range Eleven (11) , <br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting <br />therefrom a tract of land more particularly described as <br />follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section <br />Twenty -Nine (29) , also being the point of beginning, thence on <br />an assumed bearing of North 0000010011 East along the West line <br />of said Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4) a distance of 827.65 feet, <br />thence South 89 009'51" East a distance of 578.56 feet, thence <br />South 00 108'36" East a distance of 828.20 feet to a point on <br />the South line of said Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4) , thence North <br />89 006146" West along the South line of said Southwest Quarter <br />(SW1 /4) a distance of 580.63 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Said tract contains 11.01 acres more or less of which 1.04 <br />acres is county road right -of -way.
