The Assignment was <br />recorded August 11, 1997, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. <br />97- 106423. <br />On or about June 3, 1997, EquiCredit Corporation of America, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, <br />title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to First Bank National Association TR U/A dtd 6/01/Q7 <br />(Home Equity Loan Trust 1997 -2). The Assignment was recorded August 11, 1997, in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 97- 106424. <br />Christopher S.
