<br />County, Nebraska, as requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and

<br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without
<br />warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired
<br />by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:

<br />West of the 6"' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Referring to
<br />the Southwest corner of the Southeast '/4 of said Section 32; thence North 90 East (assumed
<br />bearing) along the South line of the Southeast '/a a distance of 37.23 feet to a point on the East
<br />50.0 feet Union Pacific right -of -way line, said point being the true point of beginning; thence
<br />North 0 03'53" West along said right -of -way a distance of 320.0 feet; thence North 90 East
<br />(parallel with the South line of the Southeast '/4) a distance of 151.42 feet; thence S 0 11'25" West
<br />(parallel with the West line of the Southeast '/4) a distance of 320.0 feet to a point on the South
<br />line of the Southeast '/<; thence S 90 West along the South line of the Southeast '/4 a distance of
<br />150.0 feet to the point of beginning.
