Hall County, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter (NW1/4); thence running Easterly along and <br />upon the North line of said Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) a distance of 2,602.34 feet to the Northwest corner <br />of said Northeast Quarter (NE1/4); thence deflecting left 00°00'05" and running Easterly along and upon <br />the North line of said Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) a distance of 833.23 feet; thence deflecting right 90°01'10" <br />and running Southerly a distance of 3,252.88 feet; thence deflecting right 89°58'35" and running Westerly <br />a distance of 3,438.31 feet to a point on the West line of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4); thence deflecting <br />right 90°00'00" and running Northerly along and upon the West line of said Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) a <br />distance of 599.51 feet to the Southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter (NW1/4); thence deflecting right <br />00°05' 12" and running Northerly along and upon the West line of said Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) a <br />distance of 2,653.80 to the point of beginning_ <br />Prior to approving the transfer of Certified Irrigated Acres, the landowner provided a Report of <br />Title that identified the following lienholders: <br />1.
