Legacy ("Lessee") is the owner of a billboard structure (the `Billboard") located <br />on land owned by Marty C and Kari A Schmidt (the "Owner") described as follows: <br />Lot 2 in Hermes Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />surveyed, platted and recorded, and an Easement over the Westerly 20 feet of Lot 1 in <br />Hermes Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and <br />recorded, located immediately East and adjacent to the East line of Lot 2 in Hermes <br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded, for <br />ingress and egress of motor vehicles to and from Lot 2, in Hermes Subdivision in the City <br />of Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />b. On December 10, 2002, USA Outdoor, L.L.C. entered into a lease (the "Lease") <br />with Nebraskaland Mini Storage for the construction and maintenance of the Billboard. Legacy <br />Outdoor Advertising, LLC is the successor owner of this billboard to USA Outdoor, L.L.C. <br />Marty C and Kari A Schmidt are the successor owners of the property from Nebraskaland Mini <br />Storage. <br />
