Wheeler Avenue <br />Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />CASH <br />CHECK I (o c <br />REFUNDS: <br />CASH <br />CHECK <br />HAI s NE <br />2013 Jt' 'L4 •>, 11 <br />REGISTER OE DE D <br />DECLARATION OF INCLUSION <br />This Declaration of Inclusion is made and executed on this - day of ) L <br />2023, by THE GUARANTEE GROUP, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, hereinafter <br />referred to as the "Declarant". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, Declarant executed a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, <br />and Design Guidelines for Copper Creek Rodney Leon Subdivision, which was duly filed of <br />record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on April 30, 2020, as <br />Instrument No. 202002679, and a Supplemental Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, <br />Restrictions, and Design Guidelines for Copper Creek Rodney Leon Subdivision, which was <br />duly filed of record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on March <br />30, 2022, as Instrument No. 202202262 (collectively the "Covenants"); <br />WHEREAS, Declarant executed that certain Declaration of Inclusion dated June 29, <br />2021, filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on June 30, <br />2021 as Instrument No. 202105560, subjecting the real estate described therein to the Covenants; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 2.2 of the Covenants, Declarant has the right to include <br />and subject the property hereafter described to the Covenants. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned Declarant hereby includes and subjects that <br />certain real estate legally described as: <br />Lots Five (5) through Seventy -Three (73), Copper Creek Estates Eighteenth <br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and <br />Lots One (1) through Twenty (20), Copper Creek Estates Twenty -First Subdivision, <br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />to each of the covenants, conditions, restrictions, and design guidelines contained in the <br />Covenants from and after the date of the recording of this Declaration of Inclusion. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this instrument as of the date <br />first noted above as the duly -authorized representative of the Declarant. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
