<br />D & D INVESTMENTS, A Nebraska Partnership, GRANTOR, whether one or more,
<br />in consideration of TWELVE THOUSAND AND NO /100 DOLLARS, ($12,000.00), receipt
<br />of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys to GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR
<br />HUMANITY, INC., GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
<br />Stat. §76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot One (1), Habitat for Humanity Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska and Lot Two (2), Block Twenty -Eight (28), Original Town of the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Grantor covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one), with the Grantee that
<br />Grantor:
<br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except
<br />easements and restrictions of record;
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons.
