1 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />� <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, . <br />under the Deed of Trust dated September 16th, 1997 executed by David L. Nelson and Beth <br />D. Nelson, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the <br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #97- 107747, on the 18th day of September 1997, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed <br />of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />Lot One (1) and the Northerly Forty (40) feet of Lot Two (2), Garden Place Subdivision, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom a tract of land more particularly described in <br />Corporation Warranty Deed filed as Document No. 86- 101311 <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such <br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed <br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person <br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, <br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 8th day of December, 2000. <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, TRUSTEE <br />By: William W Marshall III <br />Chairman and President <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />A <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 7th day of <br />December, 2000, by William W Marshall III, Chairman and President of Five Points Bank, a <br />Nebraska corporation, on behalf of said corporation as Trustee. <br />GENERAL NOTARY -Ste of Nebraska <br />Notary Pu i I LOLAJ.
