202302865 <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />The West Half (W1/2) of the North Half (N1/2) of the East Half (E1/2) of the Southwest Quarter of <br />the Northeast Quarter (SW1/4NE1/4) of Section Ten (10), Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, being a rectangular tract of ground more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at a point twenty (20) rods West of the Northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter <br />of the Northeast Quarter (SW1/4NE1/4) of said Section Ten (10), running thence West a distance <br />of twenty (20) rods; thence South a distance of forty (40) rods; thence East twenty (20) rods; <br />thence North a distance of forty (40) rods to the place of beginning, said lines being parallel with <br />the subdivision of said Section, Excepting therefrom a certain tract of land more particularly <br />described in the return of appraisers as filed in the Register of Deeds Office in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, in Book 29, Page 377. <br />
