<br />KNOWN ALL BY THESE PRESENTS, THIS TERMINATION OF CONDOMINIUM is made
<br />this (, day of 3 ,., , 2023, by and between 3MJR, LLC, a Nebraska
<br />limited liability, herein known as Declarant.
<br />WITNESSETH
<br />WHEREAS, Declarant, on or about January 11, 2023, caused to be filed a Condominium
<br />Declaration Creating Jaxson Condominium Property Regime, as Instrument Number 202300159
<br />at the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds (the "Declaration"); and
<br />WHEREAS, the Declaration was filed on the following real property:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), and Eight (8) all
<br />in Jaxson Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Declaration created the following legal descriptions of condominium
<br />property upon its filing:
<br />Lot One (1) Unit One (1), Lot One (1) Unit Two (2), Lot One (1) Unit
<br />Three (3), Lot Two (2) Unit One (1), Lot Two (2) Unit Two (2), Lot Two
<br />(2) Unit Three (3), Lot Three (3) Unit One (1), Lot Three (3) Unit Two (2)
<br />Lot Three (3) Unit Three (3), Lot Four (4) Unit One (1), Lot Four (4) Unit
<br />Two (2), Lot Four (4), Unit Three (3), Lot Five (5) Unit One (1), Lot Five
<br />(5) Unit Two (2), Lot Five (5) Unit Three (3), Lot Six (6) Unit One (1),
<br />Lot Six (6) Unit Two (2), Lot Six (6) Unit Three (3), Lot Seven (7) Unit
<br />One (1), Lot Seven (7) Unit Two (2), Lot Seven (7) Unit Three (3), Lot
<br />Eight (8) Unit One (1), Lot Eight (8) Unit Two (2), Lot Eight (8) Unit
<br />Three (3), all in the JAXSON CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY REGIME,
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska (the "Condominium
<br />Property); and
<br />WHEREAS, Declarant is the owner of all Condominium Property,
<br />including common elements, and limited common elements; and
<br />WHEREAS, Declarant wishes to terminate the Declaration in accordance
<br />with Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-855.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Declarant states as follows:
<br />1. The Declaration is terminated upon the filing of this instrument.
<br />2. The legal description of the Condominium Property shall revert to Lots One (1), Two (2),
<br />Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), and Eight (8) all in Jaxson Subdivision, City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as previously platted prior to the filing of the Declaration.
