<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated January 24, 1992, and executed by Plant Island, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, as
<br />Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was _
<br />recorded as Document #92- 100922 in the Register of Deeds office in Hall County, Nebraska, recorded on
<br />February 4, 1992 and,
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned
<br />as follows:
<br />Lot Three (3), in Pulte Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 12th day of December, 2000.
