<br />dated February 23, 1983, made to FIVE POINTS BANK, a Nebraska Corporation, by Plant
<br />Island, Inc., as Mortgagor, on the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot Three (3), in Pulte Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />which was recorded on February 24, 1983 as Document #83- 000890 at the Register of Deeds
<br />office of the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Real Estate Mortgage dated February 23,
<br />1983 and recorded on February 24, 1983, as Document #83- 000890 at the Register of Deeds
<br />office of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to all real
<br />estate not herein released.
