KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all or part of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />Randall A & Lori A Gibson, husband and wife, trustor to UNION BANK AND TRUST
<br />COMPANY, trustee and beneficiary for the benefit of UNION BANK AND TRUST
<br />COMPANY, the Beneficiary named therein, dated July 18, 2001 and recorded on July
<br />20, 2001 in the office of Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Inst
<br /># 200107162 & 200107163 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement

<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvene to the person or persons entitled thereto all
