<br />LOUIS E. GRAHAM and VIRGINIA B. GRAHAM, husband and wife, herein called
<br />Grantors, in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), receipt of which is
<br />hereby acknowledged, hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a
<br />permanent and perpetual easement and right -of -way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain,
<br />repair, replace, relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, public utilities and appurtenances
<br />connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath, and through the real estate

<br />6th P.M., Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the north line of said NW' /4NW' /4 said point being 448.0
<br />feet east of the northwest corner of said NW' /4NW' /4; thence running south
<br />perpendicular to the north line of said NW' /4NW' /4, a distance of 40.0 feet to the
<br />actual point of beginning; thence deflecting right 45 °00'00" and running
<br />southwesterly on the easterly line of a proposed street right -of -way a distance of
<br />56.57 feet; thence deflecting left 45°00'00" and running southerly on said east
<br />right -of -way line, a distance of 110.0 feet to a point of curvature; thence running
<br />southwesterly along and upon the arc of a curve to the right whose radius is 330.0
