WARRANTY DEED;
<br />1. The CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation, by
<br />action of its Mayor and City Council on November 21, 2000, approved Resolution 2000 -350,
<br />which authorized the acquisition of the real estate described below and the manner and terms
<br />thereof in accordance with an Agreement for Warranty Deed.
<br />2. The consideration of said transaction shall be Twenty Thousand Fifty Eight
<br />Dollars ($20,058.00) in accordance with such Agreement for Warranty Deed.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, LOUIS E. GRAHAM and VIRGINIA B. GRAHAM, Husband
<br />and Wife, as Grantors, for consideration identified above received from Grantee, do hereby
<br />grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />A Municipal Corporation, herein called the Grantee, the following described real property in
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW' /a NW
<br />'/4) of Section Five (5), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the north line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW' /4
<br />NW '/4), said point being Forty Eight feet (48') east of the Northwest Corner of said Northwest
<br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW' /4 NW '/4); thence running southerly on the easterly right -
<br />of -way line of U.S. Highway No. 34 & 281 a distance of 354.4 feet; thence running easterly on
