<br />B. To Gregory J. Husen, Steven L. Husen, Jon F. Husen, Henry
<br />G. Husen, Susanne K. Sorahan, and Jan M. Stortenbecker,
<br />SUBJECT TO a life estate in Georgiann M. Husen, GRANTEE,
<br />the following described real estate (as defined in Neb.
<br />Rev. Stat. 76 -201):
<br />An undivided one -half interest in and to the Southwest
<br />Quarter (SW1 /4) of Section Thirty -five (35), Township
<br />Eleven (11), Range Eleven (11), Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Two - thirds interest in the West Half of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (W1 /2 NW1 /4) of Section Thirty -two (32), Township
<br />Eleven (11) , Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hal l
<br />County, Nebraska, except one acre off the south end
<br />thereof, used for a private road, and also excepting
<br />therefrom a tract of ground more particularly described
<br />in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 82, Page 50007, as the
<br />same is on file in the Office of the Register of Deeds,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />subject to covenants, easements and restrictions of record.
<br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEE is the person entitled to
<br />distribution of the real estate from said estate. GRANTOR
<br />covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR has legal power and lawful
<br />authority to convey and release the same.
