Mattke and A. Thomas <br />Mattke, GRANTEES, as tenants in common, the following- described <br />real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. X76 -201): <br />Lot Eight (8) , Subdivision of Block One (1) , Vine Hill <br />Subdivision, An Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom that part thereof <br />conveyed by Warranty Deed recorded in Book 134, at Page <br />413 of the Deed of Records of Hall County, Nebraska, more <br />particiularly described as follows: Beginning at a point, <br />said point being the Northeast Corner of said Lot 8; thence <br />West on and upon the lot line of said Lot 8 to the <br />Northwest Corner of said Lot 8; thence South along and <br />upon the West lot line of Lot 8, a distance of 10 feet; <br />thence northeasterly in a straight line a distance of 115.7 <br />feet to the point of beginning <br />GRANTORS have determined that GRANTEES are the persons <br />entitled to distribute the real estate from said estate.
