<br />Road, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801.
<br />5. A general description of the claimant's services
<br />performed or to be performed or materials furnished or to be
<br />furnished for the improvement and the contract price is: Asphalt
<br />paving of roadway which is a part of or which is appurtenant to
<br />each of the lots described above in Tracts 1 and 2 at price of
<br />$16,680.00.
<br />6. Visible commencement of claimant's improvement to the
<br />real estate occurred on: August 1, 2000.
<br />7. The amount unpaid to the claimant for the services or
<br />materials is: $16,680.00, together with interest thereon at the
