Nov -22 -00 11:02A Cook Wightman & Doyle 308 324 6546 200010802 -3- By virtue of such temporary construction easements, Central Platte Natural Resources District and its agent, officer, employees, representatives, contractors, successors, and assigns to have the full and free right and authority to enter unto and upon the easement area, and to grade, excavate, store and stock pile materials, conduct surveys, operate and store construction equipment, operate equipment and to otherwise conduct all activities necessary for the construction of structures, conveyances and floodways associated with or a part of the Lower Wood River /Upper Warm Slough flood control project. These easements shall be temporary and shall extend and endure no longer than the term of the construction of the project. Central Platte Natural Resources District and its agents, contractors, representatives, employees, successors and assigns shall, at the conclusion of such construction, restore the land in the easement area, in a workman like manner, to as near a pre - construction condition as is possible including but not limited to relevelinq of the terrain to, as nearly as possible, approximate the pre - construction grades.
