DOBESH, and PATRICIA A. <br />DOBESH, Husband and Wife, whose address is 2491 S 110TH RD, WOOD RIVER, NE <br />68883-9760 ("Trustor"); Five Points Bank, whose address is Stolley Branch, 3111 W. Stolley <br />Pk. Rd., PO Box 1507, Grand Island, NE 68802 (referred to below sometimes as "Lender" and <br />sometimes as "Beneficiary"); and Five Points Bank, whose address is P.0 Box 1507, Grand <br />Island, NE 68802-1507 (referred to below as "Trustee"). <br />CONVEYANCE AND GRANT.
