-00 11:04A Cook Wightman & Doyle 308 324 E <br />-4, 200010801 <br />representatives, contractors, successors, and assigns to have the <br />full and free right and authority to enter unto and upon the <br />easement area, and to grade, excavate, store and stock pile <br />materials, conduct surveys, operate and store construction <br />equipment, operate equipment and to otherwise conduct all <br />activities necessary for the construction of structures, <br />conveyances and floodways associated with or a part of the bower <br />Wood River /Upper warm Slough flood control project. These <br />easements shall be temporary and shall extend and endure no longer <br />than the term of the construction of the project. Central Platte <br />Natural Resources District and its agents, contractors, <br />representatives, employees, successors and assigns shall, at the <br />conclusion of such construction, restore the land in the easement <br />area, in a workman like manner, to as near a pre - construction <br />condition as is passible including but not limited to releveling of <br />the terrain to, as nearly as possible, approximate the pre - <br />construction grades. <br />Now, therefore, we as appraisers aforesaid, do hereby <br />find and appraise the damages that will be suffered by reason of <br />the appropriation of title to the said property or any interest <br />therein described for flood control purposes by Central Platte <br />Natural Resources District in the amount of: <br />TOTAL AMOUNT AWARDED FOR ACQUISITION OF FEE <br />SIMPLE TITLE FOR ALL 'TRACTS OF LAND AND <br />FOR DAMAGES ASSOCIATED WITH SUCH <br />APPROPRIATION: <br />Award to be distributed as follows: <br />To: Tim Schimmer, a /k /a Timothy <br />J.
