-00 11:04A Cook Wightman & Doyle 308 324 E -4, 200010801 representatives, contractors, successors, and assigns to have the full and free right and authority to enter unto and upon the easement area, and to grade, excavate, store and stock pile materials, conduct surveys, operate and store construction equipment, operate equipment and to otherwise conduct all activities necessary for the construction of structures, conveyances and floodways associated with or a part of the bower Wood River /Upper warm Slough flood control project. These easements shall be temporary and shall extend and endure no longer than the term of the construction of the project. Central Platte Natural Resources District and its agents, contractors, representatives, employees, successors and assigns shall, at the conclusion of such construction, restore the land in the easement area, in a workman like manner, to as near a pre - construction condition as is passible including but not limited to releveling of the terrain to, as nearly as possible, approximate the pre - construction grades. Now, therefore, we as appraisers aforesaid, do hereby find and appraise the damages that will be suffered by reason of the appropriation of title to the said property or any interest therein described for flood control purposes by Central Platte Natural Resources District in the amount of: TOTAL AMOUNT AWARDED FOR ACQUISITION OF FEE SIMPLE TITLE FOR ALL 'TRACTS OF LAND AND FOR DAMAGES ASSOCIATED WITH SUCH APPROPRIATION: Award to be distributed as follows: To: Tim Schimmer, a /k /a Timothy J.
