Brown, one of the owners of the above <br />described property, was on or about July 30, 2001, and the price for these <br />materials and services was Six Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Dollars <br />($6,850.00). Buck Construction has received no payment from Joseph M. Brown <br />and Lori J. Brown. <br />4.
