<br />Gordon M. Dibbern, Trustee under the Gordon M. Dibbern Trust Agreement dated
<br />June 20, 2007, and Wauneta M. Dibbern, Trustee under the Wauneta M. Dibbern Trust
<br />Agreement dated June 20, 2007, GRANTORS, do hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell
<br />and confirm unto Jordyn B. Leffler, GRANTEE, for One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and
<br />valuable consideration, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />A Tract of land located in part of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section
<br />Twenty -One (21), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as
<br />follows: Commencing at the West Quarter corner of Section 21, Township
<br />11 North, Range 12 West, also being the point of beginning; thence on an
<br />assumed bearing of S89°58'49"E, on the North line of the Southwest
<br />Quarter, a distance of 968.00 feet; thence S00°33'27"E, and parallel to the
<br />West line of said Southwest Quarter, a distance of 450.00 feet; thence
<br />N89°58'49"W, and parallel to the North line of said Southwest Quarter, a
<br />distance of 968.00 feet to a point on the West line of said Southwest
<br />Quarter; thence N00°33'27"W, on said West line of the Southwest Quarter,
<br />a distance of 450.00 feet to the point of beginning. Said tract contains a
<br />calculated area of 10.00 acres more or less.
