Luth, the ex-husband of Sherri L. Luth, Grantor, in consideration of the Decree <br />of Dissolution of Marriage filed in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, Case No. CI 19- <br />324, does hereby quitclaim and convey to Sherri L. Luth, Grantee, the following described real <br />estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Sec. 76-201) in Hall County, described as follows: <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter (SE'h) of <br />Section Twenty -Six (26), Township Twelve (12) North, Range <br />Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as follows: -Beginning at a point on the east <br />line of said Section Twenty -Six (26), said point being Two Hundred <br />Sixty -One and Eighty -Five Hundredths (261.85) feet south of the <br />northeast comer of said Southeast Quarter (SE'/), also being a point <br />on the southerly right-of-way line of the Burlington Northern <br />Railroad; thence southerly along the east line of said Section <br />Twenty -Six (26), a distance of Eight Hundred Eighty -One and <br />Twelve Hundredths (881.12) feet; thence deflecting right 91°55' and <br />running westerly a distance of Seven Hundred One and Forty -Four <br />Hundredths (701.44) feet; thence deflecting right 41°8'15" and <br />running northwesterly, a distance of One Thousand Five Hundred <br />Seventy -Eight and Seventy -Three Hundredths (1,578.73) feet, to the <br />north line of said Southeast Quarter (SE'/); thence easterly along the <br />north line of said Southeast quarter SE%4), a distance of Nine <br />Hundred Fifty -Nine and Forty -Two Hundredths (959.42) feet, to the <br />southerly right-of-way line of the Burlington Northern Railroad; <br />thence southeasterly along said railroad right-of-way line, a distance <br />of Nine Hundred Twenty -Seven and Forty -Three Hundredths <br />(927.43) feet to the place of beginning excepting therefrom a tract of <br />land more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded as <br />Document No. 83-002484 <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />Douglas C.
