Allen, Attorney, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated <br />September 8, 2014, wherein Luis Emmanuel Uvalle and Elizabeth Ann James, husband and wife, <br />are the Trustor, which was filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, on September 9, 2014, as Instrument No. 201405642; and contains as trust property the <br />following -described real estate: <br />All of the Easterly Thirty -Two Feet (E32') of the East Half of the East Half (0/2E Y2) <br />of Block Fifteen (15), or what would be the Easterly Thirty -Two Feet (E32') of Lot <br />One (1) if laid out in city lots of said Block Fifteen (15) in Windolph's Addition to <br />the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, said tract being a rectangular tract having a <br />frontage of Thirty -Two Feet (32') on Anna Street, and a depth of One Hundred <br />Thirty -Two Feet (132') on Lincoln Street; <br />which is commonly known as 1103 W. Anna Street, Grand Island, NE 68801; <br />together with all improvements, fixtures and appurtenances located thereon or in any way <br />pertaining thereto, and the rents, issues, profits, reversions and the remainders thereof, including <br />all such personal property that is attached to the improvements so as to constitute a fixture, all of <br />which, including replacements and additions thereto, all of which was referred to in that Deed of <br />Trust as the "Property"; <br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustor for the reason that said Trustor has failed to make <br />the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Deed of Trust Note secured by that <br />Deed of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be sold <br />the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Deed of Trust Note dated September <br />8, 2014, owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, Gary L. James and Mary Ann James, husband and <br />wife, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust referred <br />to above, which secures this obligation. <br />By: <br />Cathleen H.
