Legal Description. Optionor has granted Optionee an option to purchase <br />the real property described in the Real Estate Option dated as of November 2, 2021. A <br />Amended Memorandum of Option was recorded with the Hall County Register of Deeds <br />Office on October 12, 2022, as Instrument No. 202207320. The real property subject <br />to the option to purchase is legally described as <br />Lot 3, Prairie Commons Second Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska (the "Property"). <br />2. Term. This Option, as extended by that certain Amendment to Real Estate <br />Option Agreement dated as of April ,.19' 1, 2023, shall extend through August 31, 2023 <br />(the "Termination Date"). <br />3. Remaining Terms.
