<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust executed by The Kit Co., Inc., A Nebraska
<br />Corporation, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein dated January 30, 1996, November 26, 1997 and November 16, 2000, and recorded January 31,
<br />1996, December 3, 1997 and November 27, 2000 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Documents #96- 100709, 07- 11O22O,and #0200010239 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />LOT FOUR (4), MENARD SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />THE REAL PROPERTY OR ITS ADDRESS IS COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1904 N DIERS AVE, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68803.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
