Stehlik <br />P 0 Box 400 <br />Grand Island NE 68802 <br />TRANSFER ON DEATH <br />PURSUANT TO NEBRASKA UNIFORM REAL PROPERTY TRANSFER ON <br />DEATH ACT <br />I, Dolores J. Allan, Grantor/Transferor, transfer all of my interest in the following <br />described property to Craig Huxtable and Brenda Knapp. Said transfer to be effective at my <br />death. The real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. '76-201) in Hall County, Nebraska is <br />described as follows: <br />The South Half of the Southwest Quarter (S1/2 SW 1/4) of Section Sixteen (16), <br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />This conveyance is subject to the life use of Dennis Huxtable. <br />This conveyance is also subject to Transferor's direction that the real estate conveyed <br />herein is irrigated from the same well which irrigates the real estate which will be <br />conveyed to Lynda S. Thurston. Lynda S. Thurston shall have an undivided one-half <br />interest in the well and pivot, and during his life use, Dennis Huxtable, shall have the <br />other one-half interest in the well and pivot and all expenses and maintenance. After his <br />death the expenses shall be owed 50% by Lynda S. Thurston, and 50 % shall be equally <br />shared by Craig Huxtable and Brenda Knapp. <br />I may revoke this deed. When recorded this deed revokes any Transfer on Death deed <br />that I made before signing this deed. <br />Executed: <br />aria <br />, 2023. <br />I, Dolores J. Allan, the transferor, sign my name to this instrument this y day of <br />, 2023, and being first duly sworn, do hereby declare to the undersigned <br />authonty that I sign and execute this transfer on death deed to transfer my interest in the <br />described real property and that I sign it willingly or willingly direct another to sign for me, that <br />I execute it as my free and voluntary act for the purposes therein expressed, that I am eighteen <br />years of age or older or am not at this time a minor and that I am of sound mind and under no <br />constraint or under influence. <br />C .
