<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, in consideration of the payment of obligations under a Deed of Trust
<br />executed by JOSE R. CAMEJO, a single person and BRIGIDA N. CORRALES CAMEJO, a
<br />single person, to CATHLEEN H. ALLEN, Attorney -at -Law, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />BREWER PROPERTIES, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated August 4, 2017 and recorded August 4, 2017 in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 201705239, the said Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Trustee's Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following -described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />The Easterly One -Half (E1/2) of Lot Six (6), Block Twenty (20), Packer and Barr's
<br />Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
