Allan, a single person, GRANTOR, in consideration of the sum of Two <br />Hundred Seventy Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($270,000.00) and other good and valuable <br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, convey to Mark A. Codner and Brenda <br />S. Codner Husband and Wife, GRANTEES, as joint tenants, all of her interest in the following <br />described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat.
