Carmichael, as trustor, in which Lynn A. Dunbar is named as beneficiary and the undersigned is named as trustee, and recorded March 11, 2010, as Document No. 0201001610 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received from Lynn A. Dunbar, the beneficiary under such trust deed, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been paid in full and that such trust deed and note secured by the trust deed have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation; Now therefore in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the undersigned, as trustee, hereby reconveys, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto the estate now held by it under such trust deed.
