Locust Street, #306, City of Grand <br />Island, County of Hall, State of Nebraska, and as trustee under the trust deed, dated Marchi 1, 2010 <br />executed by Harold E. Carmichael and Kathy D. Carmichael, as trustor, in which Lynn A. Dunbar <br />is named as beneficiary and the undersigned is named as trustee, and recorded March 11, 2010, as <br />Document No. 0201001610 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, <br />has received from Lynn A.
