<br />08613. Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Andrew J. Walters and Sherri A. S
<br />Walters, as husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Major Mortgage is named as Beneficiary and
<br />Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter
<br />filed for record August 4, 1997 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No.97- 106254.
<br />On or about July 30, 1997, Major Mortgage, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
