The Court takes into consideration that the Plaintiff receives $650
per month of SSI payments for the child as the result of the disabilities of the child.
The child support calculation is based upon the Defendant earning $18,334 a month
which was his gross salary and military pension prior to his voluntary resignation from Heritage.
The Court cannot speculate as to whether, as the result of this action, the monthly income of the
parties may change dramatically but if it does child support is always subject to being modified.
The Court is also going to order that the Defendant pay for one-half of medically -
necessary expenses for the minor child not covered by insurance or third -party payments. These
medically -necessary expenditures for the child must be based upon a licensed medical doctor's
attestation to the necessity for such expenditures.
5.
