<br />WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust executed in favor of SECRETARY OF VETERANS AFFAIRS, AN
<br />OFFICER OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, as Beneficiary, by EDWIN B SCHELL AND MERLE
<br />ANN SCHELL, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Grantor, with FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE CO., as
<br />Trustee, was recorded 07/24/2009, as Document # 0200906099, Hall Register of Deeds County Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds, State of Nebraska;
<br />AND WHEREAS the present Beneficiary, now desires that another Trustee be appointed in the place and
<br />stead of the original Trustee to execute the trust in said Deed of Trust, and for that purpose appoints BRANDON S.
<br />CONNICK, Attorney at Law, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as Successor Trustee;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, the said BRANDON S. CONNICK, Attorney at Law, a member of the Nebraska
<br />State Bar Association, is hereby appointed and hereby accepts said appointment as Successor Trustee under said
<br />Deed of Trust, and as Successor Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, unto the parties entitled thereto,
<br />all right, title and interest which was heretofore acquired by said Trustee under said Deed of Trust. Said
<br />reconveyance is prepared pursuant to the following written REQUEST FOR FULL RECONVEYANCE from the
<br />Beneficiary—to BRANDON S. CONNICK, ATTORNEY AT LAW, A MEMBER OF THE NEBRASKA STATE
<br />BAR ASSOCIATION:
<br />"The undersigned is the Beneficiary and holder of the note and all other indebtedness secured by the Deed
<br />of Trust described hereinbefore. Said note, together with all other indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust has
<br />been fully paid and satisfied; and you are hereby requested and directed, on payment to you of any sums owing to
<br />you under the terms of said Deed of Trust, to cancel said note above mentioned, and all other evidences of.
<br />indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust delivered to you herewith, together with said Deed of Trust, and to
<br />reconvey, without warranty, to the parties designated by the terms of said Deed of Trust, all the estate now held by
<br />you thereunder." The legal description of the subject real property (trust property) contained in the Deed of Trust
