<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by MARCUS J
<br />BUETTNER AND MELANIE L BUETTNER, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Bawk,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated DECEMBER 23,
<br />1998 and recorded JANUARY 8, 1999 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instruinent 99- 100230 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustcc by or through said Trust Dccd in the following described prcmises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOTS ELEVEN (11) AND TWELVE (12) FIRST ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF WOOD
<br />RIVER HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
