Grand Island Winnelson Co., Inc., by and through its duly <br />authorized officers and agents, provided goods and materials for <br />work done on property located at 1215 East Highway 30, Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, legally described on Exhibit A <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference. <br />3. Goods and materials were furnished to said property at <br />the request of Omaha Paper Stock Company, Inc. Is agent, to -wit: <br />Shaw Plumbing, 4375 N. 60th Rd., Grand Island, Nebraska 68803 -9442; <br />on September 21, 2000, in the total amount of One Hundred Thirty <br />Five Dollars and Eighty Three Cents ($135.83), none of which has <br />been paid. <br />4.
