Brase, <br />husband and wife, by Survivorship Warranty Deed filed for record in the Office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on September 28, 1971, recorded <br />in Book 165 of Deeds at Page 475; (2) tract conveyed to Lester J. Brase and <br />Patricia A.
