ASSIGNMENT & ASSUMPTION OF LICENSE AGREEMENT
<br />For value received Nebraska Mil -Nic, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, hereby assigns to Stratford Plaza,
<br />LLC, a Colorado Limited Liability Company, all of its' rights, title, and interest arising under a License
<br />Agreement, dated the 30"' day of December, 1996, by and between Nebraska Mil -Nic, Inc. and the City
<br />(1 of Grand Island, Nebraska covering the installation of a sign on Lot Eleven (11), Woodland Second
<br />Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and Stratford Plaza, LLC hereby assumes all of
<br />Nebraska Mil -Nic, Inc.'s obligations and responsibilities arising after the date of this Agreement under
<br />said License Agreement.
<br />Dated this 8"' day of December, 2000.
