Kimbrough and Carole M. <br />Kimbrough, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other <br />valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey <br />and confirm unto Adrian J. Anderson and Tracy J.
