Wheeler Avenue <br />Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />NOTICE <br />OF <br />PURCHASE OPTION/RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 16 of that certain Real Estate <br />Purchase Agreement dated January 24, 2023, as amended by: (a) that certain Addendum to Real <br />Estate Purchase Agreement dated February 15, 2023; and (b) that certain Second Addendum to <br />Real Estate dated March 9, 2023, (collectively the "Agreement") by and between Petersen <br />Farms, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, as Seller ("Seller"), and Alvin Kowalski III and Meghann <br />Kowalski, husband and wife, as Buyer ("Buyer"), Buyer has granted to Seller an option to <br />purchase and a right of first refusal to purchase the following described real estate, to -wit: <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section <br />Eleven (11), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., <br />North of the Union Pacific Railroad tracks, Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT for <br />a tract commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section <br />Eleven (11), thence running East Two Hundred Sixty (260) feet; thence South <br />Five Hundred and Eighteen (518) feet, thence West Two Hundred Sixty (260) <br />feet; thence North Five Hundred Eighteen (518) feet to the POINT OF <br />BEGINNING. <br />Seller and Buyer agree to abide by all the terms and conditions of Section 16 of <br />the Agreement. <br />Dated this 9th day of March, 2023. <br />Petersen Farms, Inc., A Nebraska Corporation <br />B <br />"Seller" <br />Alvin Kowalski III <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />"Buyer" <br />
