<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION
<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST
<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall �p
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated August 14, 1998, executed by Nebraska Mil -Nic, Inc., a
<br />Nebraska Corporation, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #99- 105698 on the 4"' day of
<br />June, 1999, at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-
<br />wit:
<br />A tract of land comprising all of Lot Eleven (11), Woodland Second Subdivision, an addition to the city of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof, EXCEPT a tract more
<br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot Eleven (11), thence on an
<br />assumed bearing of S89012'1 6"W, along and upon the south line of said Lot Eleven (11), a distance of
<br />Twenty (20.00) feet to a point; thence N43 059'05 "E, a distance of Twenty Eight and Eighteen Hundredths
<br />(28.18) feet to apoint on the east line of said Lot Eleven (11), said point also being on the west right of way
<br />line of Locust Street; thence S01 014'02 "E, along and upon the west right of way line of Locust Street, a
<br />distance of Twenty (20.00) feet to the point of beginning.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated August 14, 1998, recorded as
<br />Document #99- 105698 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 8v' day of December, 2000.
