<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />ROCKY RAY NEWMAN AND DANA A NEWMAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE

<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated APRIL 30, 1993 and recorded MAY 4, 1993 in the Office of the REGISTER OF DEEDS

<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
