<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, the within -named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of certain Deeds of
<br />Trust dated July 26, 2021, and August 31, 2021, and filed of record in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on July 26, 2021 as Instrument No. 202106347 and on September
<br />10, 2021 as Instrument No. 202107696, respectively, wherein SCOTT MEYER A/K/A SCOTT L.
<br />MEYER, a Single Person, and SCOTT M. SIMMONS, a Single Person, are the Trustors;
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has, upon default of the Trustors of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deeds of Trust, caused Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given, and published
<br />as required by Chapter 76, Article 10, of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the date
<br />and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, the within -named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, Trustee under certain Deeds of Trust dated July 26, 2021, and August 31, 2021,
<br />and filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on July 26,
<br />2021 as Instrument No. 202106347 and on September 10, 2021 as Instrument No. 202107696,
<br />respectively; herein called the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred
<br />Twenty -Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($225,000.00) received from Grantee, does hereby
<br />quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, herein called the Grantee, the following -described
<br />real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Nine (9), in Meadow Lane Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
