STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this Permit is to set forth the terms and conditions, under which <br />the Permittee may construct, maintain, repair, and utilize the following described installation/improvement which <br />will infringe upon a public utility easement: <br />To occupy City of Grand Island public right-of-way and utility easement to provide fiber for cell tower starting at <br />handhole in front of 1924 East 4th Street; proceed southwest on the north side of East 4th Street to 1515 East <br />4th Street and crossing to the south side of East 4th Street. Two (2) vaults will be set along this path; one (1) <br />in front of 1804 East 4th Street on the east side of building, and one (1) across the street from 1515 East 4th <br />Street, all work being done will be horizontal directional drilling per the attached Exhibit "A", dated 2023/2/3 <br />and consisting of one (1) pages. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF PERMITEE'S UTILITY LOCATION. The Permittee owns the infrastructure within the <br />Permitor's public utility easement to which this Right-of-Way/Easement Utiliy Permit shall apply: <br />City's public right-of-way and utility easement starting at 1924 East 4th Street; southwest along the north side <br />of East 4th Street to 1515 East 4th Street and crossing to the south side of East 4th Street, in the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />3. PERMITEE'S DUTIES AND RISKS. It is understood and agreed that the Permittee may construct, maintain, <br />repair and utilize the above described installation/improvement at the Permittee's sole risk. The Permittee hereby <br />waives any claim for damages against the Permitor, its officers, employee, agents and independent contractors for <br />about:blank 1/4 <br />
