<br />The undersigned hereby cancels the Notice of Default filed for record May 29, 2001, and recorded in the
<br />records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.02001- 04989. Said Notice of
<br />Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Kenton L. Schuyler and Tracy D. Schuyler, as husband and wife,
<br />as Trustors, in which United Nebraska Bank is named as Beneficiary and United Nebraska Bank is the Trustee.
<br />The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed for record March 23, 1998 and recorded in the records of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.98- 102588.
<br />On or about March 23, 1998, United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The Assignment was recorded
<br />March 23, 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 98- 102589.
<br />Christopher S. Wallace, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a
<br />Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
